Get your meat on! Charcuterie takes center stage at this meat competition at Flushing Town Hall on February 27th. An event like no other, New York Epicurean Events is bringing together a group of charcuteries to show once and for all who among them is a cut above the rest.

Chef and master charcutier, Jeremy Stanton of the Meat Market will curate for this Inaugural meat cornucopia. NYEE, in working with AgriForaging, The Meat Market, Fire Roasted Catering, and The Salt Cured Pig, are bringing together a who's-who of this profession including the likes of Nduja Artisans, Caseiro E Bom, The Meat Hook, Ends Meat NYC, The Meat Market, Ridgewood European Pork Store, Oui Charcuterie, Chef Ed Cotton of Sotto 13, Ribs Within Bacon, and Chef Will Horowitz of Ducks Eatery/Harry & Ida’s Meat and Supply Co.

In this four hour all-you-can drink and eat event, Artisan charcuterie will be on-hand for all to feast upon, using Old World and new techniques.  How does patΓ© de campagne with truffle, pata negra salami with Catskills goat cheese and an Iowa Swabian Hall pig roast sound?  In a word: AMAZING.

Hurry, Early bird tickets for the Masters are $75. They'll be going to $100 soon!
$200 VIP tickets of $200 will allow access to a special hour from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. to enabling VIP guests to enjoy early access and admission to the VIP tasting room, which feature a luxurious spread of cured meats, including headcheese and other charcuterie personally prepared by NYEE president, Chef David Noeth.
